Ingredients
- 1 can
RedredBeansbeans inBrinebrine - 1 can
Channachanna (chickpeas) inBrinebrine - 1 can
Tomatotomato condensedSoupsoup - 1 bundle of
Bodibodi (yardlong beans) OR French beans
Chop the following seasonings and set aside:
Seasonings
- 1 large onion (cut in thin
stripsstrips) - 3 cloves
crushedgarlicGarlic(crushed) - 4-5 pimentos (chopped)
Hothot pepper (choppedfinelyfinely) totaste.taste
Combine these for Vinaigrette Sauce:
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 tsp
each:salt - 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dijon
mustard.mustard - A few drops of lime pepper sauce (to taste)

- Wash then

DropainsaucepanRapid boilingof water to a rolling boil for the bodi - Add bodi to the saucepan for 2

Havearapidsaucepanboilingof waterinto apanrollingat handboil forrest of pulses…Wash properly boththe channa&and red beans - Wash channa and red beans in a colander with running
water.water - Add
Thenchannapourand red beans to thepulses in the rapid boiling watersaucepan fora1minuteminute, then drain - Mix vinaigrette
Makeingredientssuretogether - In a serving
