Easy Creamy Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1-2 punnet mushrooms, washed, dried, and sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Finely chopped onions
- 250ml heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Method
- Melt butter in a large skillet oven over medium heat. Add onions and garlic till tender. Then add mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until tender and browned, about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, thyme and oregano; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until reduced and slightly thickened, about 5-6 minutes. Stir in Parmesan.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
