  • 2 tablespoonstbsp unsalted butter

  • 1-2 punnet mushrooms, washedwashed, drieddried, and sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • *

  • Finely Choppedchopped onions

  • * 250 ml

  • 250ml heavy cream

  • *

  • 1/2 teaspoontsp dried thyme

  • *

  • 1/2 teaspoontsp dried oregano

  • * salt

  • Salt and pepper,pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoonstbsp freshly grated Parmesan

  • 2 tablespoons choppedtbsp fresh parsley leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Method

  • Melt butter in a large skillet oven over medium heat. Add onions and garlic till tender. Then add mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until tender and browned, about 5-6 minutes.


  • *

  • Stir in heavy cream, thyme and oregano; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until reduced and slightly thickened, about 5-6 minutes. Stir in Parmesan.

  • Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
